I think this will be DS game. From looking at the website, the image resembles the DS screen's profile.
Here is my guess. It is a game where apples fall down from a tree. You will need to solve the math problems before they hit the ground. The main character will be a female who will karate chop the apples and land into a pie that she is making. When you complete the level she gives you a thumbs up with a chessy grin. You work your way into becoming the Ultimate Master of Pie. As in making apple pies and solving the square root of pie.
