I know it's a cool little factoid shocker to bust out Americans by making them realize that their country isn't necessarily the best producer of something...but come on. This is one of those rare times I'll quote you and say that i agree. No doubt a lot of countries has talented developers, but if we base it purely on country, it's between those two. Region however, would tell a different story.
