thats the oldest argument in the book. Realistically in order for the 360 to be as expensive as the PS3 it would obviously have much more inside the machine like either a blu-ray processor or better CPU while in order for the PS3 to be as cheap as the 360 it would have to lose something like either the cell or blu-ray support. In other words we would be dealing with completley different machines. Secondly, a massive failure? Last time I checked the PS2 MASSIVELY outsold the xbox in Europe while the PS3 is currently being outsold weekly by the 360.
At the end of the day I expect Sony will win Europe but to call the 360 a failure given the numbers is just ignoring facts.
