The first panel represents the Sony fans who spend their time religiously defending the PS3, and praising its virtues (aka the fanboys). It is also implying that Sony has done little to help make this "job" easier for these fanboys.

The second panel shows Killzone 2 as Moses, and suggests that Killzone 2 is a game which doesn't need defending. It stands on its own merits, delivering on its promises - and by extension, delivering on the promises of the PS3.

The third panel shows KZ2Moses parting the Red Sea of RROD'd 360s. (The RROD has always been the focal point of the Sony fanboy's rhetoric.) Killzone 2 will bring them past such things, to a promised land where they can enjoy their system instead of spending their time fighting in internet flame wars.

At least, that's my take on it. It's genuinely praising Killzone 2, but at the same time making fun of fanboys. Sony fanboys in this case, but I don't think it's meant to imply they're any worse than fanboys of other systems - just that the Sony ones have had less ammunition to fight with.
