The Conduit hype is small compared to KZ2. They are both Overhyped games one whose hype is merely because it is an original FPS on the Wii that is not a port(Which is not hype worthy). The other a manufactured hype that bagan 4 years ago at an E3 a long time ago with a lie.
KZ2 is appearing to be a standard FPS with better graphics than most games but at eleast form playing the demo a very underwhelming experience. A rental at best for me now...maybe it will get better later on.
The Conduit has a very generic look to it with hopefully promising controls that look like MoH2 or CoD5 or MP3. The graphics seem to be a step up from previous games but the art style isn't that impressive. Again a rental and hopeflly it will surprise me.
Persoanlly the games I am hyped for are Madworld and Yakuza 3(wish Shenmue would come back).
If you like the games fine. It is good to get excited by hype but in my opinion htere is no comparison. KZ2 is the more annoying of the hype due to length and Savior status that even if the game is good it will disappoint with 2 million or less sales and underwhelm if it sells under 5 million several people on this site.
Conduit shares the savior of the Hardcore gamer on the Wii hype but it is just as unfounded. I want the Conduit to do well though I own stock in Sega most importantly I want Madworld to do well(but it won't).
KZ2 and then the next "wait till game"
