Not all of those games will be released in Q4 2009. Sony will definitely spread it's main franchise games out between 2009 and 2010.
My guess is that we'll see uncharted 2, white knight chronicles and heavy rain out in 2009. And possibly GT5 as well. FFXIII COULD be released at the end of 09 in japan too. Then God of War 3 will definitely be pushed back to 2010...and if GT5 doesn't make it in 2009 then that will obviously be pushed back to 2010.
Really, I think GT5 should be end of 09, and God of War should be March 2010 at the earliest. The rest can be spread out between 09 and 10.
