I mean seriously, it's stealing. Stealing is illegal. Whether games or music, it makes me sick to see other music fans or gamers who think it is ok. It's not. I am sure, if you work, you can place your self in the position of being a victim of theft.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
