First off, obesity is the level at which a person's weight is translating into long term health problems ...
Now, what makes you think "Education" is the problem?
My generation (GenX) received far more comprehensive education in physical fitness and nutrition than my parents generation did, and the generation that followed me received an even better education in physical fitness and nutrition than I did, and yet my generation has a worse obesity problem than my parents generation did, and the generation that follows my generation has an even worse problem.

yes but obesity dosent mean you will definetley get ill (infact theres criticism of the criteria for being obeise), also what do you propose? so it costs more, if people want to eat too much then they will, just like people who want to smoke or take drugs or alcohol, they shouldnt do it, but they do, they still have the right to healthcare though

How is bailing out someone who has no intention of preserving their own health any different from bailing out large corporations who have no intention of preserving their balance sheet? All I see is a group of people making reckless decisions with full knowlege of the consequences of their actions ... Some companies (and some people) need to fail as a lesson to those around them not to make the same poor decisions.
