So, let's choose the best water ever in a game... Before you people bring over Crysis and Virtual Skipper, the best water means best looking and best interactivity (...) So for me, the best water effects is.....

I agree with you whorenraged.
The Starfox Adventures (GC) would be my favorite as well.
Other than that I would like to give props to Uncharted (PS3). I really enjoy the water effects in that game!
btw.. 
I like that fishing pond in The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX
Obviously the water Gfxs is not in HD or anything, but it has charm to it and serves it's purpose. :D
