I always liked the concept of forge but found it limiting in execution. This looks like an awesome way to expand it.
And since the thread was derailed already I'll say UT3 is a mediocre game in both gameplay and community. I've had the PC version since it dropped to $20 ages ago and it seems like Epic created the game as a complete afterthought. You're better off buying the UT anthology pack with all the classic (ie: good UT games) for $10.
