Sadly the first two posters did have a strong point.. though it's not so colorfull, the reality could taper along the lines of Square Enix being responsible for a divide in where their consumers went for their games, in the long term this may hurt them more than they thought it would help.
The question became did Square tap into the 360 market for it's RPG fans or did their RPG fans migrate to the 360... FFXIII could leave a rude awakening, or it could be the phenomina that is GTAIV and CoD.
