Normally I would steer clear of a topic like this, but I am in the IR camp. I try to go back to dual sticks, but the fun just isn't there anymore. Resident Evil 4 on the Wii is just vastly superior due to the improved controls. I don't know how I played the Cube version because when I try now I get my rear handed to me.
I am one of the few people that like Red Steel. It isn't great, but it is pretty fun and the sword play is at least different. The turning is pertty lousy untill you get good at keeping the reticule on screen. The guy that made the choice to have the character continue to turn when the cursor is out of the IRs range should be shot at least twice at close range.
