@ All the people saying MGS4. Name a single game that is currently considered a classic for the graphics.

SMB, SM64, ZeldaOoT etc are all famous for their groundbreaking and trendsetting gameplay. Therefore I believe it will be

Wii Sports - Motion Controls
Spore - Procedural generation and user generated content
LBP - User Generated Content
Wii Sports resort perhaps - Motion Controls
Wii Fit - The day that gaming turned mainstream
