1: Bethesda - Between Oblivion and Fallout 3 this Generation,They (imo) are easily the best developers this Gen.
2: Insomniac - Insomniac released the best launch title for the ps3,Ratchet and clank(incredibly great game) and resistance 2 all in the span of 2 years. each of their games reek of quality.
3: Kojima Productions - Because of MGS4.(my favorite game this Gen)
