 OOO adds more enemies (a few new mobs but also how n where enemies spawn, especially bandits that now come in packs of 7-8 lol) and tons of new weapons & items, a dozen or so new quests, new camps, new Ayelid ruins.

 

Hmm, Now that sounds great. My one thing with Oblivion and Fallout, is that you never fight very many enemies at once.(fallout it was better some places had 15+ enimes roaming around)
