ah well pretty much all of that tech is exported since there is no real need for a strong military anymore..although a look at ww2 shows they there is a lot of potential for innovation... but .. the circumstances under which they have been archieved should not be recreated ever again.. once was enough of a disgrace
as for the language.. most of the time english feels easier and faster to the point , its considered a rather harsh language but it can also be very beautiful at times if yo ucan get past the rather impractical handling of it
