Look at the game library, it's more important than anything else, but like I said, based on what you said, PS3 should be your choice. But I don't know that, only you do.

Price. That's why he isn't leaping at it. Also, he has a child. The only children games on the PS3 (exclusive) that is any good is LBP.

 

My kid has only one year old and prefer look at Baby Eisntein . No gaming for him till the next generation in a couple of year...
