Call Of duty obviously as it has yearly iterations then halo is pretty much garunteed.
1. COD - 40m+ (8+)
Comments (at least 1 more a year for 4 years sell an average of ~ 6m.
2. Halo - 25 - 35m (5 - 6)
Comments (25m without Halo 4, 35 With, expect Halo Wars 3 - 4m+ With the good demo Impressions, ODST ~ 6m)
3. GOW - 18 - 20m (3)
Comments - only expect GOW 3 with an average of 6m each. GOW 4 wont be ready till 2012 or later possibly launch with xbox 3
4. Tom Clancy 15m+ (~12)
Comments - will have plenty of 1 - 2m more sellers, could snatch third if a game or sub franchise breaks out into the 3 - 4m range.
5. Guitar Hero 15m+ (9)
COmments - yearly iterations and spinoffs will see this make it into top 5. although it could die off drastically.
