From what I read it doesn't seem too bad. The large quote says it all for me. It seems like what everyone though from the start, that the multiplayer was going to be the birghtest part of this game and also expected to have quite a following.
@Squilliam Seems I misunderstood what you meant. I guess it helps knowing you have shown consistency in this belief. You enjoyed Fable II didn't you? What did you feel it deserved? My apologies. |
Apology accepted.
Fable 2 is a hard game to quantify. On the one hand I appreciate theres a unique brilliance to the game and if you appreciate that side you'll find it to be a great and unique experience and on the other you may find many of the gameplay elements to be subjective and inconsistant. Considering there is room to improve in the game with the brilliance which was infused with it a fair score has to be somewhere around the 3.5-4.5 mark depending on how Molenoux's 'brilliance' resonates with you and how much value some of the subjective elements add or take from the game. Personally I would give it around a 4.2 or 84% because its a game which I really did love but I have to concede that it could have been better in hindsight.
Tease.
