My point exactly. Downloadable music took off exceptionally fast.
The same is inevitable for Films and the like. people still buy CDs but the downloading of music makes more revenue now. especially in the last 12 months.
Blu ray is insignificant to the PS3 cause. it's not a plus for the console. Anyone who thinks that it is in for a shock over the next few years including Sony. And Toshiba for that matter. (HD DVD). People may still purchase Films on HD Media sure, but the majority will be download sales.
I dont see the PS3 having an easy time cutting costs over next 2 years.
