Even the average sales of the genre thing is bull, because Call of Duty on HD systems are NOT average sales of that genre. Those are HIGH END. CoD on the Wii would have to be compared to average FPS sales, not outliers.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
