Maybe they are friends with these fellow brits (Media Molecule), so LBP got a free pass for not being on the 360. 
GTA IV by british developer Rockstar got a perfect score as well, although I think it's a great game, IMO it's far from perfect especially over the pre-patch period.
As I said before this is speculation, but I certainly see a lot of inconsistancy with regard to their scoring (maybe based on platform and developer).
