You know what would be awesome. If the morning after pill, one of which is called "plan B" was available otc for people who had accidents.
Here in California you can get the pill over the counter for $25 (at least back in 2005)-kinda expensive- but I imagine that when a condom breaks, slips off, or unprotected sex is had this would be a good option- for minors as well.
I'm pretty sure that this isn't available to minors in a lot of states, though I'm not sure.
Anyways, this post may seem off topic but it makes me wonder if that pill was wideley, easily, cheaply available and women and men new about it if that would cut abortions dramatically. (Probably would have to work on the stigma of actually buying the thing as well)
