I don't have a Dualshock 3 controller, so I can't speak to it, but I don't care for the Six-Axis controller. It's too light and the triggers suck. The 360 controller has the right weight and the triggers are substantial and have a long stroke, which allow for precision in racing games (the Six-Axis has a short stroke, which makes it almost digital - not a lot between on and off).
I'm not a big fan of the PS1/2/3 buttons being shape oriented rather than color oriented. Yeah, they have color, but that's not how I seem to identify it (e.g., I wouldn't say the red button on a PS2/3, but I might on an Xbox/Xbox360).
Of course, I tend to prefer Xbox to PS, so I guess I'm just more used to the correspondng controller.
