The PC version graphics are amazing and as good as anything ive played. Better yet, i can max out the settings on my PC unlike most other games.
The console versions are good but not mindblowing i agree. Monolith makes their own engines so they could have made it as pretty as they wished. However, this was their first multiplatform game developed at the same time for all platforms. I think they were wise to play it safe and make sure they have a game that runs smoothly on all systems.
