I had a really funny moment on my first time through. When you first enter the warehouse, there are those barrels to your left. Well, I bumped into them and while the Helghast were talking, one tipped over the railing and fell to the floor.
It didn't trigger the AI or anything, but it was funny because it was like,
"Have they made it through the flood gates yet?"
*CRASH*
If the AI would have responded to that, it would have made for an amazing sneaking failure that would have made a series like MGS proud.
