Yeah... while TPB is the biggest public tracker, there are other public trackers, private trackers and then there are different P2P networks.
Still, those are very interesting numbers.
If countries like France, Italy, the UK and Spain manage to pass through three-strikes laws, this information might eventually lead to a proper conclusion about such laws usefulness.
