The game is buggy though. Just because you didn't have a problem doesn't mean there are no problems. You've heard of the ostrich syndrome right?
If you read the 2k forums and wade through the people bitching about the DRM and widescreen you'll see people actually are having problems. Some of them range from small little things like seeing the shadows through ceilings to things that happened on mine. Also, the fact they released a patch to fix bugs should tell you the game does have bugs.
