Considering that Ganondorf is just Ganon in disguise, this differentiation between Ganon and Ganondorf is pointless.
Also, since Ganon has the freakin' Triforce of Power - the very source of power itself in Hyrule, while Sephiroth has... nothing. Sure, he's trying to have something, but he never really does.
