You are an idiot. These are EARLY enemies: compare the earliest enemies in RE4 to the ones near the end of the game.
Also, not having 'free movement' and 'fast enemies' is not a "last gen" failing--it is a design choice which makes Resident Evil unique and, in MOST peoples opinions, incredible.
Not being able to walk while shooting i somewhat of an issue, but it doesn't really bother me.. Again, it is a design choice. REALISM =/= BETTER GAMEPLAY
RE4 Wii DID control better, but, well, it used a Wiimote and RE5 is stuck with a 360 controller; what do you expect? Different interfaces keep the controls from being comporable IMO
And of course the axe is cumbersomely swung, LOOK AT THE SIZE OF IT
