forget about cops and soldiers actually. think about you and me. for god's sake, we can freaking move while shooting.. and this guy chris redfield can't? that means i'm better than he is!
i'm not asking for gears of war. i'm only asking for some ability to move. for realism's sake!
and again, if you give the bloody dudes more intelligence and speed, the player will still experience crisis even if he can move while shooting, as the enemies would be faster. as it is, they're just simply stupid and slow.
