This all sounds great to me.
I've actually been using Home pretty heavily the past two months since I always seem to meet interesting people wandering around in there in addition to all the players I've already added to my list.
I haven't been using game launching as it seems like few games if any use it and it's just as easy to load up the game from XMB once you've agreed to play with someone from inside Home.
But if they can make that process smoother, great.
Removal of more of the annoying glitches is also very welcome (disappearing furniture for one).
Faster load times should mean less time staring at ghosts.
