Maybe it's me, but I don't remember there being a whole lot of hype for Pokemon when it first came out. Sure within the year we had a Pokemon version of everything every made, but leading up to the game's launch no one I knew even had heard of it.
I agree that Halo 3 and Brawl probably should have made the list, but other then that I'm pretty cool with everything on there.
