I had the most fun during N64/PS era, I had N64 the longest. Was about 10 years old (got it right when N64 came out), I do think the kid fun effect really played a role into it.
I think its' good I don't have that much fun anymore but still good to play from time to time. Also for me, I do feel like there are too many similar games out now, mostly FPS stand out for me in this category.
