There are 6 unreleased maps going from the new Halo 3 achievements.  I think it would be safe to assume that since 3 of those shipping with Halo Wars (Mythic Maps) that the other 3 will probably correspond with Halo: ODST

ODST will contain every map that came with Halo 3, every DLC map so far, the 3 maps that came with Halo Wars, and the 3 final Mythic maps. It is basically the complete Halo 3 multiplayer experience and a new sandbox single player campaign. If all you want to do is play Halo 3 multiplayer, you could sell your Halo 3 disc.
