There is loads that i really enjoyed over the years and it would be difficult to choose just one.
Street Fighter II
Tekken III (absolutely incredible)
Tekken: Dark Resurection
Virtua Fighter 2 (loved it)
Super Smash Bros Brawl
Soul Calibur II
Soul Calibur I
And i also love Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3
Capcom vs. SNK
I always liked Fightin games.
