All platforms will lose some potential games but the hardest hit will be to Sony.
PS2 is finally dying, PSP is dying software wise and so those would be the first cuts, unless it's a Wii game that's getting ported and even then it may not be worthwhile (Indiana Jones is not on PS2 for example and Boom Blox makes no sense to port at all)
PS3 has the lowest user base so while I expect big developers to continue to port 360 games, smaller ones may opt not to, especially with additional content (IE: Valve, Bethesda)
If Sega, THQ, EA prove successful with core titles on Wii expect a lot of resources everywhere to be shifted to the more 'guaranteed' profit generator. It's obvious we're already starting to see that shift.
New IPs, original ideas and tired series may all get axed irregardless of platform.
