About the only thing you can really take from this article is that SE is unhappy with Sony right now and specifically the direction of the PS3.
We can speculate what that might mean but it really won't do any good. All we can really say with certainty is that if SE feels it is on the right track it will stay the course if they feel they are on the wrong track they will re-evaluate their situation and adjust to a path they feel best suits their future needs and plans for growth.
Outside of that nobody here knows what SEs plans are beyond guessing...
