Strongly recommend translating and providing a bit more information about what the numbers state.
Also, this thread will stir up the shipped to retailers vs sold to customers argument.
As I don't know Sony Japans policy when it comes to recorded sales data I won't comment, but it'd be highly unlikely that they can get information from every retailer around the world that stocks PS3's.
