Some more blu-ray news with regard to BD players and their pricing:
"According to Chinese newspaper Economic Daily News, white-box vendors - the term used for little-known consumer electronic manufacturers - will offer Blu-ray Disc players at the $150 price point this year. Additionally, Lite-On is planning to offer a half-height Blu-ray Disc drive for laptop applications for roughly the same price.
Both moves are in response to increased demand for low-cost, Blu-ray products as the high definition format saturates the market."
