God only knows how big or small the RTS audience can be on consoles, in case it's small, each one will only need a few of them and so it makes sense to go on a console that hasn't one yet, but if it's big, being first on another console can make the game, or if things go particularly well, the series, much bigger, well known and important than being second on another console that already had its forefather for that genre. Anyhow, for third party games, this gen exclusives are likely to be just timed ones... And obviously, what I wrote doesn't rule out by any means a little help from Sony
