It's a well known FACT that the 360 demo was visually and technically superior, controls for both were shitty though which was what really matters. Also these demos were made some time ago and the PS3 demo was several builds behind the 360 demo.
The final builds are said to be identical however the PS3 version has some framerate drops. One can only guess if that will be fixed unless both games have already gone gold which I doubt very much.
