Sony can sell more consoles this year, if they cut PS3 price at the right moment, but it can't fill the gap so early (it was still possible when the gap was smaller and, above all, MS hadn't increased its sales yet with the last price cut), unless, without us or Sony or MS itself knowing it, XB360 is near its market saturation.
