Brand new, unannounced Grand Theft Auto game coming to a ... handheld

A new PSP GTA would be awesome... especially considering they lifted the CPU clock cap on the PSP to 333 MHz (from 222 for GTA:LCS and 277 for GTA:VCS) last year.
