Can anyone answer my question?
The reason I'm asking is because if the answer is 'no', then creating a fully featured GTA for iphone would be a huge gamble, not only do you not know if iPhone has a market for GTA, you don't know if iPhone has a market for packaged-standard games at all, and GTA games are generally expensive projects even for packaged-standard games. It probably does, but making GTA is a very expensive way to test the market.
