im not worried about sony going out of video games all together one their budget is exponentially greater than segas ever was but also. they have the ps2s success to fall back on. whether they do good or not because the ps2 is out there racking in some cash for sony i think they are gonna push through to ps4, regardless of the markets cooperation. sega never had any success to catch them from falling. also ronster id be surprised if sony execs were naive enough to believe that alot of ps2s success wasnt from early release as well as late departure. Although i guess technically dream cast was the first in that one.
