I dont know how constant 360s stream of anticipated genuinely fun games is but hit a dry spell for long enough some sony fans very likely will come out of the woodwork.

Good arguement, but didnt the Sega saturn come out a good 6 months before the playstation 1? if thats the case then why did the saturn fail?
Was it because the saturn was hard to develop for? so is the ps3.
If i'm honest i think sony took microsoft for granted and did not expect the 360 to sell so well considering that the origional xbox sold quite poorly.
