If they learnt from their previous games what was good for gta they should be fine. Territory, gangs, land, houses, factories companies and condoes. Going to the gym, not getting phone calls from your cousin. Tanks, reputation. TANKS! Tanks with tracks that crush cars into scrapmetal pancakes instead of making them blow up on contact. interesting cheats that fuck everything up cause the apocalypse etc.
Gta4 had no tanks, no rep, no gangs, no jets, no fun. You start the game as a bum, you end the game as a bum. He had too much of a concious, I'd prefer a scarface type char like in Vice City. Also it was waaay too easy to lose the cops. And the main story missions were boring and repetetive. Not even the radio music came cloes to either Vice City or San Andreas
