Make a list of the great exclusives that are out right now on the Wii that you'd like to play, then make a list of the great exclusives that are out on a PS3 that you want to play. If the Wii list is greater than the PS3 list, go for the Wii.
From my experience I'd recommend trying Excite Truck (which is awesome!) and Godfather on the Wii (the control *makes* that game -- once you start throwing people around with the wiimote + nunchuck, you'll understand).
