No. I don't see any realistic possibility of any console going back to cartridges. All gaming for the forseeable future will be disc or memory based like on hard drives or flash memory. The only thing I miss about cartridges were the considerably shorter load times. Pop in a cartridge and it was ready to play nearly that second for the entire game with very few and short pauses.
I'll come up with something better eventually...
